|
For Effective control of scaling and fouling in RO/NF Membrane Systems. |

Membrane systems used in pharma and food & beverage industry. |

Effective up to 150 mg/l of Silica and 1.5 mg/l Fluoride in reject water. |

Effective Calcium Sulphate dispersant works whenever H2SO4 is used in pretreatment. |

| DOSAGE |
| HYDROCARE RO 101 typically, a dose of 2 to 3 ppm Feed water quantity, however exact
dosage will vary depending on the characteristics feed water quality and operating conditions. |
|
|
| FEEDING |
Suggested to be dosed as neat product or diluted with permeate water based on the feed water
quantity continuous basis using metering dosing pump. |
|
|
| MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY |
HYDROCARE RO 101 is compatible with vinyl, polyethylene, PVC, Hypalon, Viton, Teflon,
polypropylene, HDCL and BPDM, Brass, steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel,
neoprene, Buna-N and polyurethane. |

| MATERIALS TO AVOID |
| Neat HYDROCARE RO 101 form should not be allowed to come into contact with metals,
organic materials or strong oxidizing agents. |
|
|
| STORAGE |
| HYDROCARE RO 101 is recommended in-plant storage to be in cold and shaded place for
twelve months- 12 months. Material Safety Data Sheet will give complete handling information
before using this product. If grossly overfed, this product is toxic to fish. Do not discharge into
lakes, streams, waterways, ponds or public waters unless in accordance with a Pollution board
permit. Always follow the label and MSDS when handling. |
